MIDI effect that retunes notes to a Scala .scl scale by sending each held note on its own channel (2-16) behind a per-note pitch bend.

Parameters5: Root note, Bend range, Scale degrees, Sounding notes, Scale loaded
CautionThe receiving synth must apply pitch bend per channel at the configured Bend range (MPE-style). Incoming pitch bend and channel aftertouch are dropped. The scale file path, not its contents, is saved with the session.
