Bar-aligned intro/development/break/reprise/coda section generator. On each section boundary it emits one batch of MIDI CCs (scene, density, energy, mutation, reset) plus an optional section note. Route its MIDI output to BassGen, DrumGen, Ground, or Harmonic Atlas and set their Conductor Ch parameter to match.
